Landed Homes Prices Bounce Back Due to Price Drop

According to media reports, more Singapore landed home were sold during January and April  2015 due to prices dropped.

Base on Government data, around 316 homes were sold within the said period, translating to 15.3 percent increased for year-on-year basis. The first 4 months of 2015 was the one of the biggest landed deals of 2015, a record of $33 million sale of furnished bungalow in Bishopsgate.

Supply for landed homes is limited in prime areas, and buyers are trying to find better deals, supposing developers may have to sell to prevent penalties in Qualifying Certificate, Managing Director of Singapore Christie’s Homes, Samuel Eyo stated.
